RKFMA to start certificate course at Hans Raj College, University of Delhi
The new add-on course on radio jockeying, anchoring & news reading introduced by Hans Raj College in association with R. K. Films & Media Academy is attracting students from all streams. The College organised an orientation programme to introduce students to the fields of anchoring, RJ, and about opportunties available. About 200 students participated in the programme. The College is in toch with the radio community to provide pratical training to students. The classes will start from September this year and they will be held on alternate days for two hours.

Participate in Mega Talent Show
RKFMA has undertaken the production of T.V. show for the new talents in the fields of ACTING, MODELING, SINGING & DANCING with a view to give due public exposure to the hidden talent so that the candidates can have the best advantage of striking the possible opportunities. The production of the programme was launched on 26 December 2006 with the gracious presence of the veteran actor Mr. Mukesh Khanna. The full-year show is scheduled to be aired from April 1, 2007 at prime time on Shakti T.V. To participate in the Talent Show, you may contact the Academy. He also distributed the certificates to the second batch of Acting students of the Academy who completed their training. A large gathering greeted Sh. Mukesh Khanna who spent a comfortable time with all the participants of the Talent Show as well as the students of the Academy. He also invited the students of the Academy in his office in Bombay to explore the possibilities of roles to them in his production, to be telecast on Doordarshan.

Pravin Kumar shares his experiences
The famous Bheem character of the most popular Mahabharat TV serial Sh. Pravin Kumar visited the Academy on 17th Dec 2006 and spent a god time with a students of the Academy giving them the tips for the success and shared his experiences during his shootings.

Khilte Gulaab an event on Childrens Day
The Academy with the collaboration of Adarsh Yuva Vikas Manch, Adarsh Nagar Delhi organized the event on 14th Nov 2006 to commemorate the auspicious Birthday of the late Prime Minister Sh. Jawaharlal Nehru. In the event the talents of young ones were presented and the best ones were awarded. It was a grand show which was enjoyed by the packed audience in the Ram leela ground of Adarsh Nagar Delhi.
